Admission Information

Admission Procedures

Admission is open to all, subject to availability of seat. Students are interviewed and tested before admission is granted. The new academic session begins in April of every year.

Students transferring from other schools are required to submit their transfer certificates and progress reports at the time of admission. The new students must present the original birth certificate and submit its copy for our records.

School Fees

All fees are payable in advance on a quarterly basis by the 10th of the first month of each quarter. Fees are to be paid 10th April, 10th July, 10th October and 10th January.

For the convenience of the parents, the school will send four copies of the fee bills to be paid for the quarter. The fees amount given in the bill must be paid by cheque/ cash in

    IndusInd Bank located at :

The cheques are to be drawn in favour of "Delhi Educational Charitable Foundation". Only cheques drawn on Delhi/ Gurgaon banks are accepted. The bank will retain its own as well as the school's copy and return the other two to the parent after stamping. Parents shall send the teacher's copy to the class teacher and keep their copy for their record.

A late fee of Rs.30 /-per day is charged after the above mentioned dates.

Student names will be taken off the rolls if the fees are not paid by the last day of the first month of each quarter. Re-admission will be considered only on payment of all arrears and re-admission fee. It also depends upon the availability of a seat as well as the discretion of the Principal.

Direct Bank Deposit is done after admission is granted.
